​Behavioral Medicine Residency Program
Behavioral Medicine residency program is part of the postgraduate courses of The UNAM. The residency started in 1999 under a cognitive-behavioral framework, a problem-solving strategies methodology, and supervised practice, with the in situ supervisor, a clinical psychologist whose work is at the hospital, and the academic supervisor, a Faculty member which visit the hospital in a weekly basis.
Residency program is divided into two stages, the first one into the University and the other in hospitals. Students accomplish 2,400 practical hours.​
Besides supervisors there are 23 more Faculty professors as tutors
